Job description

  • Participation in consultations with customers: telephone calls, e-mails and personal meetings
  • Technical support for Account Managers during negotiations and consultations with customers
  • Development of a technical solution proposal based on inputs from the Account Manager or the customer
  • The emphasis on the use of standard products or their combinations while designing solutions
  • Cooperation in the standardization of repeating solutions
  • Feedback to the marketing  and technical department - based on customer requirements
  • Prispieva k vývoju produktov a služieb
  • Tvorba dokumentácie k službám
  • Knowledge of products and services
  • Podpora realizačného procesu v súčinnosti s projektovým manažérom a ostatnými zúčastnenými oddeleniami spoločnosti
  • Cooperation in training of Account managers, transfer of practical experience

Applicant qualifications

  • Stredoškolské s maturitou, vndstavbové/vyššie odborné vzdelanie alebo VŠ vzdelanie s technickým zameraním
  • Written communication skills at a high level - perfect stylistics and grammar, the ability to understand what is said and ability to transfer it into written form (necessary for writing offers, documentation)
  • Ability to understand the system and how the system works if only the documentation is provided, the ability to analyze and understand the system as a whole and also to understand technical details
  • Technical knowledge of standard IT services and solutions
  • Knowledge of central infrastructure technologies (Servers, Data storage / SAN, Networks / LAN / WAN, Virtualization, Monitoring, Backup and Recovery, etc.) from various IT vendors (IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, Oracle), SW
  • Broad overview in the field of IT, knowledge in the area of administration, storage, archiving, data protection, administration, security and operation of systems and applications
  • Overview of vendors and open-source products used in designing solutions (IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, Oracle)
  • Analytical and constructive approach to solving assigned tasks
  • English language: intermediate
